Premiership Winners 2007  Premier 1 Grand Final 2007

Grand Final 2007

Power House capped off a remarkable 2007 season bagging both the Premier 1 Grand Final with a hard fought 35 –24 win over Northern and backing up a week later to defeat Eastern Suburbs 34 –19 in the Pillar Cup Grand Final. Both our 3rd XV and Women’s XV were defeated on Grand Final day and our 2nd XV went down in the Preliminary Final by a mere 4 points to eventual Premiers Eltham. The Premier 1 result consolidates Power House as the number 1 club in Victoria having gone back to back – only the 2nd time in the clubs 75-year history.

It was a genuine overall club effort that allowed for success in the top grades. Coaches, managers and most of all – every single player from each grade contributed to the end result.
